Protecting the Environment and Reducing Heating Costs
Trade Windows is one of a small number of Scottish companies to have achieved Energy Ratings for their casement windows.
Energy rated windows are tested and certified to ensure consumers understand the energy efficiency of the windows they are buying.
There are strong indications that in December 2008 the Scottish Government will introduce seller surveys for Scottish house sales that will include an energy efficiency report. People who install energy efficient windows now will improve their potential for a quicker sale and a higher price if they need to sell in the future.
IMPORTANT
Energy Rated windows are certified by BFRC (British Fenestration
Rating Council).
Windows without certification
are not Energy Rated.
